Simple pricing, calm paperwork.

A page scan is one PDF page read once by our field detection when you create a form or re-run detection on it. A 6-page document costs 6 page scans to set up. After that the form is yours: filling it, sharing it, exporting it, editing fields by hand and duplicating links cost nothing. Scans refill on the first of each month on every paid plan. The free plan's 20 scans are a one-time allowance.

No. They open a link, fill the form in their browser and download the finished PDF. There is no sign-up, no app, no cost, and no limit on how many people fill your forms. That is deliberate: plans meter authoring, not filling.

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. If you run out of page scans, you can still fill, share and export every form you already have — you just cannot run field detection again until the first of the month or until you upgrade. If you are at your active-form limit, the "Add template" button tells you so. If a file is larger than your plan allows, we say so before the upload starts.

Your forms are frozen, not deleted. When you move to a plan with room for fewer forms, the excess ones stay in your dashboard, greyed out and unavailable to fill or share, starting with the ones you touched least recently. Upgrade again and they come straight back. Frozen forms are deleted 60 days after they freeze, and each card shows the exact date, so you always have time to export or upgrade first.

Every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of an annual renewal, use Cancel and request refund in Settings → Plan & billing: it cancels the subscription and refunds the payment in full in one step, no explanation needed. You can also email support@fenfill.com. The money goes back to your original payment method, and the refund confirmation comes by email from Link, the Stripe service that sells our plans. Your workspace returns to the free plan; any forms over the free limit freeze rather than disappear. Full detail is in our refund policy.

Checkout runs on Stripe. Our plans are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service: Link is the seller, so it takes the payment, calculates and collects VAT and sales tax, and emails your receipts and invoices. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and in some countries with a local payment method; checkout shows what is available to you. Because Link is the seller of record, your card statement shows LINK.COM* FENFILL.COM. Your invoices are also in the billing portal you reach from Settings.

Yes, from the pricing page, any time. You confirm each change on Stripe's billing page, and it takes effect straight away. On an upgrade, the prorated difference for the rest of the period you have already paid for is added to your next invoice; on a downgrade, the unused part of what you paid is credited towards your next invoices. Switching between monthly and annual works the same way.

The answers people type are never sent to us. Filling and PDF generation happen entirely in the browser, so we never see what your client typed — there is no copy of it on our servers. What we do hold is the blank document you upload and the field layout we build from it, on servers in the EU. The blank PDF is encrypted in your browser before upload; the field layout is stored with the storage provider's disk encryption. Field detection runs on Google Gemini each time you run it, on the pages you pick, under Google's paid API terms: page images are not used to train models. Our privacy policy spells all of this out, including the full list of subprocessors.

No — we do not sell top-up packs. If you regularly need more pages, the next plan up is cheaper than a pack would be and raises your other limits with it. If your usage is unusual enough that none of the plans fit, email support@fenfill.com and we will work something out.

Team and Business are priced for 5 and 10 seats, and teammate invites are the next thing we are building — the seats are reserved for you on those plans, but today a workspace is used by one person. Yes, on Pro and above. Add the fenfill MCP server to Claude, Cursor or another MCP client, or call the API directly. fenfill finds the fields on the blank form, and your agent fills it on your own machine, so the answers never reach us. Analyzing a form uses page scans from the same monthly allowance as the app; filling uses none. Setup takes a key from Settings → API keys and one line of config: see the docs.
